  • I always went to Nordstrom to purchase new cologne's in the past and since I was going to have lunch at the Fashion Show Mall I decided it was time for some new fragrances. I went into the Men's department only to be disappointed by a sales person who couldn't give me the time of day. He completely ignored me and after 15 minutes of just standing there next to the selections testing each and every one I finally gave up and went to Saks Fifth Avenue and had a phenomenal experience and couldn't be more pleased. Nordstrom you lost yourself a regular customer.
