  • After hearing so many rants and raves about Valley Women for Women... For sure I had to see what the hype was all about! But I was in for a big surprise!!! The staff are rude, not professional, and have no sense of customer service for the patients (at least I was given the same service)... When I was 5 minutes late, they told me that I will be putting everyone behind schedule, so when I finally went there (re-scheduled appointment) to have a simple examination done; they charged me $200 to tell me nothing was wrong! The practitioner that I saw (which was supposed to be an actual GYN) called me today and told me to just stop using perfumed detergent and my problem will go away. I think that after paying for a U.A. and other tests, that its impossible for nothing to be visible to their eyes when I have had issues before that I am showing symptoms for again. I feel that they choose who they want to treat based on preference of race. My mom's friend went there and all of her tests came back "normal" but yet they managed to find a 5 pound tumor (thank God) because they insisted to do further tests and make sure everything alright... But my point is, the staff sucks here and I have been to better gynecologists who don't treat patients of a lighter skin color better than those who have a mild tan.
