  • Customer service is terrible here. Taylor helped me here saying that I came in for no reason because a operations manager wasn't here, to help me cancel my membership. There are many gyms not only L.A. That provide excellent customer service and lower rates. All in all very inconvenient, unorganized and I would never recommend this gym. In any business quality and honesty should always be a must with loyal clients, one bad word of mouth spreads faster then one good word of mouth.
