  • I need an estimate to have roofing tiles repaired or replaced. I called once and an answering machine came on at 3pm so I hung up. I called again two or three days later again a vcml came on asking to repeat my phone number for a call back. I left my contact information along what I needed ensuring I stated my call back number twice. Two days later no call back to schedule an estimate. This is poor customer service and I suggest for any roofing needs you look elsewhere.
