  • This place offers the worse service ever. Don't believe them when they offer you a time frame because they are likely lying. They were set to tow my car between the hours of 530 - 600. I called them at 615 to get the status, they told me another 25 mins. The Acura dealer called them on my behalf 45 minutes later and they quoted Acura 15 minutes Per their GPS. I called them 30 minutes later and then they said that their GPS was broken and that the driver was 20 minutes out. It's been about 30 minutes since my last contact with them and I still don't have a driver. And now I'm running late to work. Don't use this place for your towing services
