If I could give this place no stars, I would. The front desk staff are incredibly rude - they were cutting up and laughing when I came in and could barely pause to help me. They showed me back to a waiting area and offered to bring me water, which I never got.
All of this poor front desk service could be overlooked if the massage was good, but it wasn't at all. My therapist smelled like cigarette smoke which is NOT relaxing. I was really sore from exercising and yard work that week and had bad knots in my shoulders and neck, yet he ignored those areas and kept rubbing my spine. I really hate paying for a massage and leaving with knots still in my neck!
When I walked out, the front desk staff were equally short and rude. I know from insider knowledge of Massage Envy that they're supposed to review the recommended wellness plan with you and offer discounts to your guests that come in, but she could barely be bothered to help me again. She rang me up without saying a word and then turned to talk to a coworker without reviewing anything with me. She wasn't even wearing a name tag for me to specifically call out her poor attitude and work ethic.
Ineffective massage + bad customer service = do not visit this place.
