  • Most people seem to go here for passport photos. I had a Groupon coupon for slide scanning. The service was great. Lovely, helpful staff and owner/manager. My complaint is about the quality of the scans themselves. They were much too contrasty and I am not able to use most of them. I suspect that they crank up the contrast to give slides with less contrast a little punch. Unfortunately for me, my slides were already had lots of contrast and didn't need this. All of the slide scans came out like this, so they obviously don't test a few scans to start and then make adjustments. I can't say anything about the photo scanning they do, or the conversion from VHS to digital.
