  • We were in Vegas with people aged 5 to 75 so we thought it'd be a challenge to find things that would appeal to all ages. We went for the 3 for $57 deal (luxor.com/en/entertainme...) where you can choose 3 out of 9 (I think) options of things all over Vegas. Some we were able to do as a group, some we did in appropriate age groups. Since we were staying on the opposite end of the Strip, we simply drove down in our car. Parking was free and not too far from the entrance. It'd been almost 30 years since I'd been here before and it had really been built up! The deal gave all 3 of us the all-day bracelet! To be honest, to be the adult accompanying them in the Dome, I didn't need a bracelet, but it was awesome to be able to pop on and off rides so I was glad I had it. The kids first got sidetracked by the carnival style games on the way in - always challenging and fun. Though my kids didn't win, there were a lot of people with great prizes walking around They did a lot of bumper cars, and with some convincing, my tween daughter accompanied my teen son on all of the large roller coasters. Later, my 5 year-old niece joined the fun and she didn't need a full-day bracelet, we just bought a few tickets so that she, my mom and sister could all join us for a few rides. Most of the rides were amazing, (though if you're buying tickets, may want to avoid Pacific Rim - it was kinda cheesy). Our Three-thumb review is 3 thumbs up. My tween daughter gave half a thumb up for the bumper cars but complained that the roller coasters hurt her head some. My teen son gave the roller coasters half a thumb up but wasn't totally prepared for the G-force (but was fine the moment he got off the ride). My 5 year-old niece gave it a full thumb up for the merry-go-round and the hot air balloon ferris wheel.
