  • I've used a different cleaning company every time I've had to get my rental property cleaned. This time I used Pristine Cleaning and I've finally found a company that I will commit to! I needed my rental property cleaned for an open house, and I waited until the last minute to schedule a cleaning. I used Pristine's online request form and received a call back from immediately. Lorenzo was extremely helpful to coordinate around my schedule, and Pristine was there the very next morning. They showed up on time and did an extremely thorough job. I was completely satisfied with the quality of service. Even more impressive then the cleaning however was their customer service. They were extremely helpful with my last minute request, the crew that showed up was professional and courteous, and I was equally impressed when I got a follow up call a day later making sure I was satisfied with the service. In all my experiences I never received a follow up! Meghan genuinely wanted to make sure I had the best possible experience, and they clearly went above and beyond both industry standards and my expectations. I hardly ever write reviews but I'm happy to pass on recommendations for companies that really stand out and put in the extra effort. Pristine Cleaning's quality of work and customer service has set an exemplary business model that I wish more companies would follow.
