You would think a Starbucks is a Starbucks. You're wrong. What makes a chain location standout is the atmosphere, customer service, quality and efficiency. This lacks just about all of this except customer service, I'll give the 'baristas' that credit since they are overall friendly. However, being a local resident it is a frequent stop for the usual order. And this location 7/10 will mess up my order - not a joke or an exaggeration. It is a high five worthy celebration between my husband and I when the order is made right. I don't usually complain since I find it wasteful to dump out the product. The parking lot is inconvenient but relatively quick regardless if you go in or do drive thru. I appreciate the promptness but not over of continuing to mess up orders, sometimes multiple times. (Happened to a patron in front of us the other day, 3rd time was the charm) And, it would be nice if the employees kept their private conversations or gripes to a lower volume, I really don't want to be listening to [should be] grown people talk about other co-workers negatively. And to a fault, we'll continue to stop at this one - if we're not heading towards Robinson or the Moon area.
