  • Rude and extremely poor customer service. I have witnessed others, mainly at customer service desk, poorly treated in the past and witnessesed it again tonight. When the woman before me left, two employees began talking about her right in front of me! Britt was the employee working with me and it was clear she did not want to be there assisting me. My card was not working and she huffed and rolled her eyes and insisted I had reported it stolen. I attempted to tell her I did not and that I just received the card and she continued insisting that I reported it stolen and had the card since 2014. She would not research what I was telling her and turned her back to me and walked off to the other side of the counter when I asked for a temporary card. It is sad to see how poorly the customer is treated especially when it is the customer that's spending a nice sum of money at these stores. I have enjoyed shopping here in the past but this location has some of the worst employees I've come across and experienced this year.
