What a pleasant surprise! Before renting a car in Las Vegas for a 16 day road trip to National Parks I read a million reviews, most of which were horror stories. I was looking for an SUV that would easily accommodate four people with a lot of luggage and a cooler. Not only did this Enterprise location quote a price that was $200 less than the next lowest, but they provided us with a Ford Explorer with a third row of seats that folded down for lots of luggage space. The vehicle had less than 6,000 miles on it, and all the bells and whistles (sun roof, etc.). When I booked the car online, I said that I was not interested in any additional coverage, since my own insurance company and credit card would cover any damage. Not once, did they try to sell me anything additional. I then asked how much more it would be if we returned the car to the airport, and they told me not to worry about it, they would not add on an airport charge. I learned that you can save a tremendous amount of money by NOT picking the car up at the airport. The total cost for the car was less than $750. Dealing with Erin and Adam was the most pleasurable car rental experience I have ever had.
