We are extremely sorry that you are so frustrated with your insurance. We do our very best to authorize and have the proper referrals, but sometimes the insurance companies change the rules and deny claims. Unfortunately, the patient becomes responsible. The entire population is pretty frustrated with the state of insurance. Healthcare is not free and we all should take the time to know what type of insurance we have and what doctors we can and cannot see, as well as what we are responsible for paying should our insurance not pay. It is ultimately each of our responsibility to do so. Our office will work with any patient, given the opportunity. However, every now and then you get a patient who gets angry because they owe money, calls the office and gets pushy and rude, threatens and hangs up on you and then chooses to lie and insult a good business over social media. When this happens there is little you can say or do to appease them. We ultimately know that we run a very good, efficient, friendly office and have thousands of happy patients. Having been here 17 years and having employees that love their jobs, I'm confident in saying that patients here are treated with the utmost respect and compassion.
