  • Horrible service!! The practice is terrible. Take your business elsewhere! I called in to request an annual wellness exam and to establish care as a new patient because I needed a new family physician. The receptionist INSISTED I provide an "ailment" to book an appointment. At her refusal to schedule my appointment without an ailment I relented and provided one so I could see the doctor. Now instead of my free annual wellness exam I am being charged almost $300 for my visit. This would not be an issue if I actually was treated for something! I even spoke with the office manager about my concerns and got absolutely no where! I will never book an appointment with Banner Health or Dr. Gelow again. This is a sheisty way of doing business. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company.
