Planned to delete home landline and move to web based service with ADT. They have had our account for eight years and wanted a three year contract and 15% increase for the change.
ADT furnished the contract on-line and it was difficult to read. When printed the eight page contract it was in a font so small it was difficult to read.
We read contracts before signing and asked ADT Customer Service for a PDF contract that we could read. We were told they could NOT e-mail a copy or mail a copy of the contract via regular mail. The only way we could read a contract was if it was brought by an installer the date of a scheduled installation.
We decided not to pursue and will pursue with other provide.
