  • As a first time customer, I wasn't too pleased with my recent visit. I have never dealt with skin issues in the past until now. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Aspacio based on Yelp reviews. They always seem to be very helpful but in this case I had a different experience than what I read about. The front desk staff is courteous. Average customer service is provided. When I was called back by who I believe to be the nurse practitioner, I realized early on that she was very expressionless. I figured she would eventually warm up and show some kind of personality. That never happened. I felt rushed in providing her with my current issues and before I knew it, she was exiting the room. Once Dr. Aspacio entered, I felt the same way. His portion was rushed as well. He never asked me if I had any questions and quickly noted the prescriptions that I would need and that was it. I honestly left out feeling lost. Imagine never experiencing any form of acne in your life and feeling the insecurities of looking yourself in the mirror and seeing breakouts and blemishes appear. To me, it's a big deal but to the doctor I felt like I was just another patient.
