Poor management to say the least. Out of the last 3 times in 2 months that I've driven 30 minutes for this boba tea company, I've been turned away twice. The first time I was told that they were out of boba but to check back in an hour. I'm sorry, but the company is called boba tea company, so please explain to me how you are out of the main product you sell for at least an hour. The second time, I was fortunate enough for boba to be available. And most recently, after waiting in a 40 minute line, I was told there was no ice, and therefore no blended drinks could be made and any liquid drinks would be warm. I asked the employee when ice would be available and her response was "I'm not sure." I just think it's a little ridiculous that a boba tea company, that solely sells cold liquid and blended drinks with boba, has a frequent problem with being able to serve customers. Will not be spending my $5-$6 her and I encourage you not to as well (:
