The worst experience ever!! I had a leak in my bathroom that resulted in my having to have my entire home re-piped. (long story about polybutylene pipes) well needless to say, I hired a Melvin! The plumber assigned to the job fell through my bedroom ceiling, leaving a huge mess of insulation and dust in my bedroom and throughout the entire house!! Oh but it get's worse. the restoration company that Mr. Rooter uses couldn't get in to complete the repairs for 2 weeks! I was in a hotel for a month until the final repairs were completed. The icing on the cake was a new leak in the kitchen where the plumber just replaced the pipes. Seriously, is this guy new or what? I was so angry, I immediately called a supervisor who had a new plumber come out immediately to fix that new leak. Now after a month, I'm finally back home and receive my bill from the plumber. they actually double charged me! I call the supervisor to tell him that they did this and he doubted me so I sent him a photo of the bill to prove it! I hear nothing back from anyone and today I get my new bill in the mail. Yep, the charges are still there. I am so done with this plumbing company. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
