  • I have been going to V's for a while and have enjoyed their services and attention to detail. For the last couple of visits, my guy was not up to snuff, so I decided to seek my grooming needs at a more elicited level, enter The Groom Room at the Biltmore. I decided to up the cost of my cut to receive a better experience. Underwhelming. Don't get me wrong, the cut is adequate and professionally done, but their website states they have a "vacuum" system which does not get hairs everywhere, untrue. They claim to offer a massage with the hot towel, untrue. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a real massage but a motorized back rub, which is relaxing, but they missed their mark there. I expected to be a little more impressed with the facility and experience for the price, but it is just another barbershop in a nicer area so their prices are justified. If I was in the area and needed a cut and didn't have time, I would go back. I am a "downtownee Phonecian" so I was looking to avoid Scottsdale for the grooming service, but I think I may have to venture out. Uuuggghhh!
