  • This was a disaster from start to finish. Never mind the 1.5 hour wait or the rudeness of the dr which are both understandable, but taking less than 5 seconds to (mis)diagnose me and then prescribing the only medication that I had stated I was allergic to are unacceptable. Not that she bothered to ask but it was written on my intake form which I'm sure was ignored. Thank goodness for the thorough and professional staff at the shoppers around the corner for catching it. Shame on MCI for employing these unprofessionals
