  • Snooze has locations all over. I tired to go to the one in San Fran once and the line was down the street and on its way around the corner at 7:30 am and they don't open until 8am. Needless to say we picked a different place to eat. So when I passed by a location in Phoenix I was excited but I wanted bfast and it was dinner time so I filed it in my mental roller deck to come back. Needless to say the conference fed us EVERY MONRING and the food was good and plentiful so I never got over to the location I found. Then the morning I was leaving I was starving and of course my conference was over and I didn't have time for bfast in the hotel. I was going to stop at Star-Bee's but I needed gas so on-ward I went to do that before returning the car. I pulled up bfast places and this place popped up on my way to the airport! PERFECT! I stopped and noticed NO LINE so I parked and hopped out! The place was full but still had seating. To save some time I sat at the bar and was given a menu ASAP and asked what I wanted to drink. The young lady working was SUPER NICE and had a few regulars sitting at her counter. They knew about her and she knew and asked about them. LOVE when that happens. I perused the menu and eye-spied the pancake flight. SCORE! You get 3 pancakes and you can pick any flavors...NICE I can try a few! I went with the sweet potato, blueberry and pineapple upside down pancakes. OH BOY! I was excited to try these and fill up before having to head to the airport. I also got one egg scrambled. I chatted up a couple over customers that were also at another conference that week. We agreed the heat and humidity in Phoenix is HORRID and there is no love lost with the thunder storms. My food arrived and no time and I dove in teeth first. I tired the pineapple upside down pan-CAKE! OH MAN SOOO GOOD! Little bits of pineapple in the pan-CAKE! You really DIDN'T need the syrup. The butter was some mix that was PREFECT with the pineapple and it was light. Next I tried the sweet potato and OMG SUPER DELISH! It had some cinnamon butter mix that is making me drool just thinking about how DELISH it was! Again I didn't need the syrup at all! PREFECT! Last was the blueberry pancake and it was good but typical. I should have went for another DIFFERENT pancake to DELIGHT my taste buds! Eggs were light and fluffy and good and the coffee was ON POINT...HOT and FRESH! Simply DELISH! I will have to try the one near me in the OC. PS you can also get French toast with the pancake flight but I went with all pancakes since they have several different flavors to select from!
