  • I called Red Rock pest control over 2 weeks ago about a wasp problem. John came out and couldn't figure out how to get rid of them but said he'd check with someone on it. He was very nice. Well 2 days passed and heard nothing from him so I called him back. He VERY quickly went over what they came up with to get rid of them, so I asked him to please send me an emailed quote. 5 days passed and no email. Texted him and he apologized and said the office would email me the quote. I got nothing. Texted him to remind him and got no reply. It has now been over 2 weeks and STILL no email. Really? Is this how they do business?? Very disappointed, and somewhat agitated!
