  • Just sat at West Valley Imaging for 3 hours for a chest xrays & EKG. They said they didn't have my Dr's orders. They called Dr's office & then after 1/2 hour I called. Then I waited another hour to be called back for xrays & told the EKG tech would be right with me only to find out he went out for lunch!!! Nobody told him I was waiting. If I wasn't waiting with a Metro cop I would have gotten real nasty! You can't make appointments there except for MRI tests. GRRRRRRR!!!!!!! I will always go to Steinburg from now on!
