  • I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the service here was truly terrible from the moment we talked in. First contact the person was very fake. The dealer who actually "helped" us was rude and very unhelpful. We were not just in there for fun, we were seriously considering buying a mini. I dont know if the guy didnt take us seriously because of our age (middle 20s) or what, but the whole time he acted like we were wasting his time. During the test drive he didnt say a word about the car, it was like pulling teeth to get any info. Very disappointing and wouldnt recommend to anyone.
