Unfortunately our group didn't get a chance to experience riding with this company because they ended up canceling on us without any advance warning.
We showed up twenty minutes early, after getting directions over the phone from Diane, their customer service representative. We waited for over 30 minutes at the meet up location and nobody showed up. We had to reach out to find out what was going on, and were told that the guide will not show up because of icy trails. It was clear that it was a made up excuse to cover for a booking issue that this company refused to own up to. We ended up contacting 2 other nearby companies that confirmed that the ice was not an issue and they were offering normal service.
Windwalker wasted our time and money (gas for the long drive) and I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with this highly unprofessional company.
