  • Going to a new mechanic always makes me nervous. I came here because of the great reviews I read and I must say, this place did not disappoint. I submitted a service request on their website and within 15 min I got a call back to schedule an appointment. I was able to get in just a couple of days later. The waiting area is nice and the woman that greeted me was friendly. It only took about 20-30 minutes after they took my van back for them to diagnose the issue and give me a quote. I spoke with Mike and he was extremely friendly and efficient. He had a price breakdown ready and explained what was absolutely necessary that day. What pleasantly surprised me the most is the price they quoted me was significantly cheaper (by hundreds of dollars) than where I had gotten a quote prior. I felt like through the whole process they kept me informed and were honest. I even made my next appointment while at the last one to have the rest of the repairs done. It is such a relief to finally find a good, HONEST mechanic.
