  • As much as we LOVE the vets (especially Dr Williams) the staff SUCKS. The front desk girls NEVER greet you when you walk in, just stare. And the wait time is ridiculous - no matter how early or late you are OR if you call in. (The day before our last visit I called in to make an appointment and I was on hold for 30+ minutes.)
