  • My experience at the shop was lovely! They were so patient and kind. I tried on about 20 dresses until I found the one! I got my gown last year, but my wedding isn't until next year so now I'm finally getting it altered. I was told prior to receiving my dress that it would be cleaned... It was FILTHY. There were yellow spots all over, the satin was gray on the corset, it just... wasn't cleaned. My alterations lady also did my sister's gown and any dress we've had to have altered, and she was in shock how "clean" it was. Luckily, she's a gem and made it white again. My complaint is that she shouldn't have to do that if I was told that it'd be cleaned. 5 stars for the Yahaira, she was amazing. 1 star for lying about cleaning my dress.
