rev:text	Do you ever wonder how some places exist? Perhaps the only reason this one does is that there are no competitors near by. Here was my situation: I've got a place to be in 35 minutes but I need to open my email and print a pdf file there first. It's a 4 page colour document that I wanted printed 2 sided and I wanted 10 copies. Surely, if one required to do such an easy thing as this, one would bank on a professional print shop to get it done, right? I mean, I've been to the big box shop, Staples, and got my shit done there easy peasy and fast! Upon entering I walked up to the counter where a young man was busy ignoring me. Annoying thing number 1. Why do you have to verbalize the need for help when you are clearly waiting to be acknowledged? Once I had his attention, he was helpful. That's where they earn the one star. I sat at one of the public computer stations and commenced waiting for the inexplicably fossil-like computer to begin the tough task of starting up. It gave me time to notice how the keyboard was so filthy and how it must be giving refuge to all sorts of fun bacteria, diseases and probably even some Isis with knives. I clicked on the google chrome icon and it didn't work. Then I clicked on the firefox icon and it started to work slowly. I was too aggravated to wait any longer. Why does a professional print shop run like this? I wasted a valuable 10 minutes here whenI could have just used that time to drive to the nearest Staples, which I will do from now on. I feel bad that the students from SAIT are not given better.
