  • Avis has failed me on the last couple of rentals in various cities. How about no washer fluid in your car in Boston during a snow storm and in rush hour traffic? How about one of the wiper blades not function and again it's snowing and you have a 90 minute drive out in the country? Seriously, it's called a checklist and even at minimum wage you should be able to follow one and make my experience a whole hell of a lot more productive for me!
