  • Beyond disappointed. We are trying to buy a car out of state and were a week and a day past our quoted delivery time. Car was expected last Friday, then was told as early as Monday but no later than Wednesday... It's Saturday morning and my gut is telling me that I should just walk away from this all together. This is my first experience buying a car in cash that's over $20k and I did everything on my part, signed papers, gave a deposit, sent in the balance and what do I have to show for it, a big fat empty garage and no car that I didn't even see in person!! Really inexcusable logistics here, we are in Los Angeles, 400 miles west and it takes this long to deliver my car !? And I paid for delivery ??!! Not cool autonation...Looking at car max now after feeling burned
