  • First of all, we got lost and were 5 minutes late, which was our fault, I'll admit. We called letting them know it was our first appointment and took a wrong turn. The secretary said the doctor wouldn't see us. Would have been cool for the secretary to squeeze us in still. I'm mainly frustrated not because they wouldn't see us, but by how the secretary talked to my wife. Seems like the doctor is great by all the other reviews. I'd fire the secretary though if I were him, based on the experience
