  • I brought my laptop in which was missing a key. I had taken it to 3 geek squad locations who told me the whole keyboard needed to be replaced and that they would have to send it to the manufacturer for a week or more. These guys fixed the missing key (which I brought with me) in five minutes and since it was so trivial of a matter, didn't charge me. Highly recommended and I will return for all of my needs going forward!
