  • Came in as a walk in, because they "appreciate a call ahead, but dont do appointments..." and they said a half hour wait tops. Cool, went next door for a coffee and came back in a half hour. I know this because I set an alert on my phone. The girl at the front said oh about 15/20 mins tops, why not go have a coffee? I stated that I had heard that recently, about a half hour ago. Waited another 15, and here I remain, at the Supercuts where time has no meaning. I'll update this with an extra star if I get a half decent haircut. 20 mins after writing this initially I have watched this lady promise two other people a 15/20 minute wait, and direct them to Starbucks. I think Starbucks and Supercuts are in on it together . Still no haircut. Update - a full hour and ten mins later, I got a solid haircut. The girl had a "transformation" cut before me, so it took longer. Mine was quick and painless with the usual idle conversation befitting a salon.
