  • Red Star is the best mistake I ever made! I started vaping because I wanted to stop smoking, so my sister, husband, and I decided to start vaping together. My sister went first and bought her mod and juices from Mt. Baker Vapor. They're warehouse and storefront are in the same building and refused to take back the products they got wrong. She bought it on their website and went all the way to Mesa in person to be told "too bad. You need to return it online, which will be rejected because it won't get back HERE in time." They sent her wrong flavors and nicotine amounts. My husband and I bought mods while we were there and they turned out to be horrible but no refund unless manufacturers fault. We then went to another vape shop for help and got nowhere. We were ready to just give up until we noticed Red Star next to Home Depot and we thought "what the hell, it's right here, why not try one last time." It was night and day with this place. They all knew what they were talking about and helped my husband and I fix our mods. He got a new RDA and I got a new tank. We were so happy that they helped us! We knew nothing about vaping and they taught us all we needed to know. They didn't treat us like idiots and were very warm and welcoming. KT and Chris get visits from us quite often now. They know a lot about all of the flavors they sell and I'm very picky, but KT never gives me a flavor that I don't instantly become addicted to! She has no idea because she wasn't there, but I bought Pig Stop yesterday and I love it! She created it herself! Every time I go there they are so friendly and will answer ANY questions you have. They have cool rewards every time you buy something, as well as special discounts for every day of the week. I feel so blessed and lucky to have accidentally found them. We would all still be smoking poisonous disgusting cigarettes if it weren't for them. In my opinion, they literally saved our lives. Thank you so much Red Star! You're amazing!
