  • Selling our Pulte home after 21 years in Chandler. Home inspector did exactly what Pulte told us not to do - pulled three BetterBilt windows by the center post to open, then wrote them up as broken. Several calls to other companies found folks now out of business, or wanting to replace the entire frame. Rem A D answered the phone, sent a tech within a couple days (and he arrived before scheduled, called twice to confirm when he could get here), inspected and reseated the frames on two of the windows, and said the third was fine. Honest, capable, no nonsense, and not too small a job to be interested. I just called my general contractor to recommend these guys for future reference, they were that good.
