On Saturday June 27th 2015 I called about the "FREE" AC evaluation thru Home Depot. They went ahead and scheduled my appointment for Monday between 5-7pm. The technician arrived at 5:30pm on Monday. I showed him the two AC units in the backyard and right away he told me I needed a new one without even touching the unit (RED FLAG). I said that I wanted a full FREE diagnostic like the home depot website promised but the technician said that for a full diagnostic I would be looking at a $79.00 fee (RED FLAG). I asked the technician to leave since I felt lied to from the start.
