  • Although dr. Nelson does do excellent work, the team which surrounds him does not. I had a vasectomy performed on April 7th at Arizona state urology and was told the cost included a sperm count after the procedure to verify that the vasectomy was indeed effective. I was told that there would be a follow through and that I would be called/summoned for a sperm sample. I was never called. Finally , I decided to call them to see what was going on. As it turns out..the cost did not include the sperm count"when they clearly said it did" And I've also received an additional bill by mail for over 100$.. Bringing the total cost over 1000$. I feel I was mislead, and all though dr. Nelson was not directly responsible for this, you are responsible for the company you keep. Also spent one hour on the operation table with my pants down before anyone attended to me...
