  • Ruined a sport coat of mine without the courtesy of tagging it or alerting me to the issue. When I brought it back in to ask for an explanation / compensation, the owner's already tenuous grasp on the English language entirely unraveled. I informed him politely (with accompanying hand and arm signals) that I would be taking my business elsewhere. Worst. Ever.
