rev:text	Poor customer service and poorly trained employees me not want to shop at this location anymore. I make a lot of purchases on their website because a lot of items are only available online and not in their Vegas area stores. Once in a while, I need to return an item purchased online because it either didn't fit or I didn't like it. Dick's has a no hassle return policy as long as you have the original store receipt or packing slip that came with the item. On my most recent visit, I was returning a couple golf polos that I had changed my mind on. The cashier had no problem with processing the return and asked if I wanted to exchange the items for anything else. I didn't need anything else at the time, so I told her no and that I'd just like to return the items. She told me that since I had paid with Paypal, that she would only be able to exchange the items or give me store credit. I knew this to be absolutely untrue since I've paid with Paypal many times before and received a refund to the credit card I used. After some argument, and her take it or leave it attitude, I gave in and just took the store credit. After I left the store, I contacted corporate to inform them of the incident. They advised me that Paypal purchases can either be refunded to the credit card used, as well as store credit. However, they told me that since the transaction had already been completed there was nothing they could do for me. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of store credit instead of the money back on my card...what an inconvenience just because of a dumb store cashier that doesn't even understand their own company policy and then tries to argue over it!
