  • Rom was the technician. He was so responsive! My dryer broke at 7 pm last night and once we called him this morning he was here in an hour and my dryer is repaired and running! It's 1:30pm!! So glad he had all the necessary parts!! He's polite and clean and doesn't overcharge! Will definitely keep this company in my contacts for my next appliance service!
