rev:text	WOW !!! Where do I start ? I met Shane through a friend referral in 2004. We moved from California to Nevada for my son to attend UNLV. I was very unfamiliar with the whole Las Vegas and of course we only knew Las Vegas for the strip tourists and lights!! Mr. Shane Nguyen took us everywhere in Las Vegas. I never knew there were civilization beyond the strip...LOL Shane was extremely caring and he was determined to help us settle in our new state and our first new home search. Meeting Shane we didn't know what to expect about Las Vegas regarding the market, community and school system for my other 2 other younger children were just as important! Shane educated us about the other side of civilization called " THERE ARE PEOPLE LIVING OUTSIDE THE STRIP LOCATION" lol We instantly click as friends and we instantly felt like family during the week that we traveled out here for our home search with Shane !! You can instantly tell if a person is knowledgeable in their business or not... Shane really impressed me, because I have been in the people person business for many years. You know instantly he knew his craft and skills!! After 10 years of watching him still in the business, doing bigger and better things, and a broker too is just amazing how much Shane has climax to his level of success !! I'm so happy to call him boss now :)) I was a new home owner, new client at the time and now I'm one of the agents here at 1st Priority !! I wanted to share my agent story because I was a client when I first met Shane. We are now like family and he is my boss in which he's extremely humble in his profession given he's an awesome broker and a full staff of agents. Shane's office at 1st Priority was named the #1 produce of the year office in Real estate and that says a lot about Shane's leadership and involvement with his community. I wanted to write this review, because I was thinking how come people aren't yelping great reviews about their nice bosses ? They deserve am applaud for their hard work day in and day out.... I really want to say from the bottom of my heart SHANE NGUYEN'S that this secret agent want to thank you for all that you do Shane !! I'm so happy for your success and so proud to call you like a brother. Yes, I'm yelping you BOSS !!! I'm giving you a 5 star ***** YELP SHOUT OUT TO THE BEST BROKER IN NEVADA !!
