  • i purchased a car here a few months ago. the process took 4, 5 days. first problem. secondly, when you have to contact the BBB because youre upset w their service, thats another problem. i wanted to go forward w a vehicle i saw online. i went out, test drove it, and began securing financing for it. there was a crack in the windshield that was not reflected on the website until i saw it, which was a bad look. also, i made sure that the deposit i gave was fully refundable if i was unable to get the car. the process went into day 2, in which i went back out to the dealership...dealt with someone different named joe, who was a complete ass and scared of me so much that he wanted me to leave the office when i had did nothing to him. i gave him until 6pm that night to get in touch w me with what the financing turned out to be. he didnt, i called the BBB because i wanted my money back. day 3-4, well amazingly they called and told me everything was good but they had to replace the windshield. also i requested a front license plate to which they have not gotten me yet. 6 months late... i got what i want but i wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone.
