  • Unbelievable service for a home inspection company! They coordinate with other agent, coordinate entry to property, ensure utilities are on, etc. One less thing for this busy Realtor to worry about. And, more importantly, they have all of the latest technology and gadgets so Buyers know what they're buying. They have thermal imaging technology (I think that's what it's called.... they can somehow see inside of walls to see heat, mold, water, etc.). They definitely go above and beyond.
