| - Went here with the wife expecting great things ... however ... things were not as they were presented. Being a salmon connoisseur, I eagerly ordered the "King Salmon" on the menu. When it arrived, it was clear in both appearance, taste, and texture, that it was a farmed raised salmon. The server and chef insisted it was wild, but it wasn't even close to the meaty Wild Alaskan fish I know and love. Nothing against farmed salmon, but for $34 a la carte, it better be what the menu says it is. Nothing annoys me more than a menu that is either lying or ignorant. The fish was most likely a king salmon from New Zealand (there is no such thing as a wild salmon from NZ, they are all farmed).
I would have given this one star, except that the tuna tartare and my dirty martini were excellent. The roasted mushrooms were "meh", and for $12, they should have been outstanding.
Too many great places in Vegas to choose from, and will not be going back here.
