Beware!!!
We booked online (Wyndham website) and checked in the next day (7-11-15). When we arrived we checked in and were given a room which was NOT what we had reserved. The hotel had already charged our card and when we tried to correct their error, they told us they didnt have any clean rooms of the type we had reserved. We then asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere and they refused, saying only the hotel manager (Shannon Moneypenny) could authorize that. We then called her and she also refused, saying only Wyndham corporate could authorize that. We left and booked a nice clean room with a nearby Red Roof. We opened up a dispute case with Wyndham corporate who, after 5 business days, refused our refund saying that the hotel management had offered us another room which we declined. (A boldfaced lie)
So...as it stands now...a week later, we have been fleeced out of $75., been lied to and treated disrespectfully by both the hotel and Wyndham corporate. And all so they could keep a lousy 75 bucks for a room we neither wanted, nor even stayed in. BEWARE PEOPLE... This property and their management are nothing more than scam artists. Read more reviews on trip advisor too...you'll see for yourself the quality you're dealing with here.
