  • For the first time in a long time my experience here was pleasant enough to rate 5 stars, other days I would have given it 4. The problem is not the store itself, which I love. The problem is usually that I dread checking out because the ladies harass you if you don't have or want a Kohl's card. I realize it's their job to ask, but honestly, if the person says no, let it go!!!!! Today I had a very pleasant girl who made the whole experience amazing! If all the checkers were like her I wouldn't get anxiety about going to this store.
