  • Call me stupid. Why did I go back after having a so so experience. Stupidity and trying to make my wife happy. Our 10 year old Samsung dryer was sounding like a jet engine and need to be replaced. Called and got a fair price of $900+ for a dryer. Keith or Kevin, I don't remember said they could deliver on Thursday. Friday came and my wife said "hey where is the dryer." When I called I was told that the delivery hadn't ever been scheduled and they would have to put me back on the list. I decided to cancel b/c I was ticked off. God love Home Depot. Not only did they offer price matching, they beat it and delivered in a few days. Sorry Spencer's, read my previous reviews. I had to post to get you to do the right thing. This time you just failed b/c your guy who makes commissions didn't do his job. Unfortunately it reflects on your store not just the rep. If he worked for me i would free him up to go work for my competition.
