  • Ohh if I could only give them 0 stars. I brought one of my suits in to be dry cleaned. I just usually have them pressed to take the wrinkles out but it was time to get them dry cleaned. When it picked it up the next day, my suit pants had a huge tear in the leg. The lady claimed that it was like that when they were turned in. I asked her "why would I bring in a torn up suit to be dry cleaned" and "why wouldn't you call when you found the tear?" The lady could not give a straight answer and her body language, tone, and answers given indicate that she wasn't telling the truth. I asked to speak to her manager but no one else was there.
