  • We had a sales rep come out to our house to measure for new carpet. He was rude and acted like we were wasting his time. He didn't bring any samples to show us when we asked if he had any. He left and came back 10 minutes later with samples that he claimed he didn't have. We told them we would need a month before we would install the carpet because we wanted to paint the entire house. When we were ready to have the carpet installed I called the sales rep back and he told me to text him my information again to which I did. He called me back the next day and told me he didn't have any information on our house and would need to come back out and measure it AGAIN. The next day he called and said he would be out on Monday or Tuesday. I texted him on Monday and asked him for a day and time. He told me he would be getting his schedule in an hour. I never heard back from him again. On Tuesday at 5 PM I called the store its self and talked to RUSS the owner. I told him what was going on and he said he tried to call me several times and texted me on a land line number which we all know doesn't receive text messages. I only received on call from them and returned the call back right away. He started to raise his voice with me and at that point I was done with this company I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere and hung up. He then called back on the landline phone and got my Mother. He started to yell at her and she had nothing to do with the situation. She told him that she was a consumer so why is he yelling at her when we were trying to give him our business. He continued to yell at her and then told her to go FUCK HERSELF and hung up on her. If this is how he treats him customers I sure would hate to see how he treats his family.
